Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the EZORG platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing up to use the EZORG Platform ('the Service') of MAF Excellent Co., Ltd. ('the Company'), you ('the User') agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Definitions

  • 'Service' means the EZORG platform, including HR management, project management, finance, CRM, and all APIs provided by the Company.
  • 'User' means any individual or legal entity granted access by an organization that subscribes to the Service.
  • 'Organization' means a company, agency, or legal entity that subscribes to EZORG.
  • 'Content' means employee data, project data, financial data, and any other data Users record through the Service.

3. Sign-up and User Accounts

  • Sign-up is performed by the organization's administrator only — self sign-up is not available.
  • All registration information must be true, accurate, and up to date.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for activity through their account.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Scope of Use and Prohibitions

  • Do not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Do not store data that violates the law or public morals.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the system.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer account privileges without permission.
  • Do not use the Service in ways that affect system performance or stability.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is offered in both free and paid tiers — pricing details are available on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure, certified payment platform.
  • Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan and renew automatically.
  • The Company reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All data recorded by an organization through the Service remains the property of that organization.
  • The organization grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use the data solely to provide and improve the platform.
  • The EZORG logo, brand, software, and platform components are the property of the Company.
  • Do not reproduce, modify, or use the Company's intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Trade Secrets and Data Isolation Between Customers

  • The Company recognizes that data recorded by an organization — including employee data, project data, financial data, business strategy, and any other information — is the organization's trade secret.
  • Even when multiple organizations in the same industry use EZORG, the Company is committed to never disclosing, transferring, or providing one organization's data to another — whether to competitors, partners, or any third party.
  • Each organization's data is strictly separated (Tenant Isolation) at both the system and policy level. Cross-organization data is never compared, analyzed, or used jointly.
  • Company personnel — including executives and developers — are obligated to refrain from accessing customer data unless explicitly requested or authorized in writing by the organization, and only for technical issue resolution.
  • Any authorized access to customer data by Company personnel is logged in the audit log and limited to the data strictly necessary to resolve the issue.
  • Violation of this clause by a Company employee is a serious offense and may result in disciplinary and legal action.

8. Service Availability

The Company strives to keep the Service continuously available. However, the Company does not guarantee 100% uptime and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, with prior notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided 'As-Is' without any express or implied warranties.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect or special damages, or data loss.
  • The Company's maximum liability is capped at fees paid by the organization over the previous three months.

10. Service Termination

  • Organizations may cancel the Service through their administrator.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate service for organizations that violate these terms without prior notice.
  • After cancellation, the organization's data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Organizations will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
